Controlling patient information, data mining on patient information, analyses them and create reports Using Microsoft SQL server 2008, build web interface using ASP.net Visual Studio 2010.In this i desired use SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio for create data cube and data mining module.
Objective of this project is to develop a web based information system for the cardiology unit ,to improve the efficiency of functions in the existing system of the cardiology unit in hospitals, improve the manual patient records to automated recording and graphically represent the current situation.
This research aims at providing a system that can be used by concerned party to get an understanding of the way heart diseases has been evolving in Sri Lanka and how it would be behaving in the future.
In doing this, the current manually documented information has to be collected and stored in a database or data warehouse. In addition, the facility for entering records of the new patients should be provided.
The interested parties will be allowed to see the analyzed information in various views as they define which suit best their concern. As an example: someone needs know which type of heart diseases patients are most reported from a particular area of the country and the number of patients in each year etc. This type of information is helpful for the researches.
